There is another exciting weekend of racing action in store for those coming to round 4 of the Cool FAB Racing British Minibikes Championship at Llandow on 10th, 11th and 12th June.
As we approach the half way mark in the championship and the riders battle it out for every valuable point and position on the grid, the racing is becoming even more competitive.
In the MiniGP70, Franco Bourne and Blake Ansell are tied on 152 points in the Championship, while in the AC40 Pro Sandy Horne and Adon Davie are neck and neck with only three points separating them overall!
The Quattro Plant Cool Kawasaki team will be out in force with SuperBike rider Filip Backlund, SuperSport rider Andy Reid and reigning British F1 sidecar champions Ricky Stevens and Ryan Charlwood all coming to Llandow to advise the young riders trackside. Who knows, they might partake in some racing themselves.
If you enjoyed the hospitality provided by the Quattro Plant Cool Kawasaki team during the previous rounds, then you’ll be pleased to hear we’ve got another ladies wine afternoon planned on Saturday 11th June. For information on this and the rest of the weekend don’t forget to download the race schedule!
Entries for Llandow are open and we’d advise anyone who wants to compete, to register sooner rather than later as we’ll have to close any classes that reach a maximum grid size.
The entry fee for Saturday & Sunday’s event is £90 (£100 for sidecar entries). Extra classes cost £30. The optional pre-event Friday practice from 10am until 5pm will cost £35 and be payable on the day by cash (we can’t process card payments at the meeting unfortunately).
Downforce Radio will also be commentating on the action during Round 4, so make sure you tune in!
